We chose Speedway Volkswagen for one simple reason. They advertised and offered the most favorable Sign and Drive lease deal on the Tiguan of any VW dealer in the city. Perhaps most importantly, it wasn’t a loss leader type of deal. There wasn't just "one available at this price". They had numerous vehicles available, all at comparable savings. Amanda was straightforward and easy to work with.

Just bought a used Honda from Speedway Subaru. The experience was really great! As I was driving, I noticed a crack in the windshield that I missed during the test drive. I told them about it and they immediately scheduled for Safelite to come out and replace it free of charge! Would definitely recommend this dealer!

Sales person, Amanda, was knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to our needs. I was impressed that she responded so quickly to my request after work hours to set up an appointment the following Monday. While the car I was initially interested in had sold she found another that ticked all the boxes.

This is the best place to buy a vehicle. It’s my 3rd purchase at Speedway Volkswagen and will not be my last. The process is seamless from start to finish. My normal sales rep was promoted into a leadership position so this time I was with new sales rep, Ermir and he was outstanding. The finance reps also do a great job. All of my servicing is done through this dealership and I’ve never had a problem with in that area either. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I absolutely love Speedway VW service center. And Steve in particular is wonderful. They never high pressure me into any service or sale that I do not need, and always remember to help me apply a discount that is available. Everything I've had fixed there has been done well. I used to go to a dealership on the north side of the city, and everything was much more expensive, and I always felt like I had to dodge a sales pitch for some service or product that I knew I didn't need. Kind of drove me crazy. I really love the family feel of Speedway Volkswagen, as they feel more personal, real, and just plain old normal, not having been pulled up into the great big system of their company. People are just people there, and I truly appreciate that. And their mechanical services there are just spot on! I definitely recommend them!
